The agreement
By using RegusAI at regusai.pro you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
What you can do
RegusAI helps you make short-form video content, and publish it to accounts you own. You need an account, and you must be at least 13.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and what you generate. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service - to render your video, publish where you ask, and store it for you.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you put in. If you paste a third-party video link, it is on you to have the right to use that footage. Clips of other people's videos may be their copyright, and we don't grant you any rights to them.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or anyone's rights.
- Use automatic messaging to send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything Instagram would treat as spam. Automatic replies are for people who contacted you first.
- Impersonate anyone, or produce material designed to deceive.
- Resell the service, or share one account across a team without a plan for it.
- Attack or attempt to break the platform.
Breaking these can cost you your account, and your credits, without a refund.
Credits and payment
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Razorpay. Credits are consumed when you run a tool. A run that fails through our fault is refunded automatically. Subscriptions run for the period you bought and do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. Coupon codes are subject to their own limits and can be withdrawn at any time before use.
Unused credits do not expire while your account is open, and are not exchangeable for money.
Connected accounts
When you connect YouTube or Instagram you also remain bound by their terms. They can change or withdraw their APIs at any time, and if they do, the affected features may stop working. You can disconnect whenever you like from the Connections page.
AI output
Generated text, voices and edits are produced by machine learning models and can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable. Check anything before you publish it. We don't guarantee any result, reach or revenue.
Availability
We aim to keep RegusAI running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We depend on third parties, and their outages become ours. The service is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
Ending it
You can stop and delete your account at any time - see Data Deletion. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Maharashtra.
